PLEASE READ CAREFULLY At The Cure House Ayurvedic Massage, we value your time and ours, so we’ve created a straightforward policy to ensure fairness and flexibility for all our clients. Before Your Treatment To make the most of your session, I kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This helps you settle into a calm, relaxed state before entering the treatment room and ensures we have time to discuss your treatment goals without reducing your massage time. On your first visit, you’ll find a clipboard and consultation form in the waiting area. Please take a few moments to complete this, as it allows me to understand your health background and tailor your treatment appropriately. If you are a returning client, you do not need to complete a new form unless your health circumstances have changed. You can simply update me before we begin your session. Late arrival for an appointment may lead to a deferred appointment time, or loss of appointment slot Payment and Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked and paid for, refunds are not provided. Rescheduling Free Reschedules: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late Reschedules: For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. Same-Day Reschedules: Unfortunately, same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the treatment fee will apply. Cancellations and No-Shows Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. We understand that life happens, and emergencies may arise.
